important information about your reservation fee!

Please note that YOUR RESERVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE!  

It goes to pay Santa and his Elves, and to pay for the space we are renting.  Where you show up or not, these commitments must be met.  Unfortunately, we cannot honor any requests for refunds due to travel delays, so please allow plenty of time to get to The Deane Center for the performing Arts at  104 Main St, Wellsboro, PA 16901.

In making a reservation on this site, you agree to hold harmless for any illness, mishap, injury, or accident, all folks involved in this endeavor to create a family heirloom keepsake storybook photo album for you, called Sojourn With Santa, including but not limited to the photographer, Caleb Williams, Heritage Portrait Studio; the Deane Center and surrounds; and all the individual actors, including the Santa figure and his helpers, who will interact with you and your children.
